I hope you all have a restful, relaxing Thanksgiving with those you love and care for. Loosen up the belt, watch some football, and have some more pie!

Im hypoglycemic. If I start the day with too much sugar, my insulin gets really high and I end up feeling bad.
If I start my day with proteins or carbs, then its not as bad.

Hope it was a Diet Pepsi. Do you know how much sugar is in those things?

Had a good one. The GF came over and we made turkey and all the extras. funny thing tho. My company gave out coupons for Butterball turkeys so I went to the
store, grabbed one from the freezer and brought it home. When we hauled him out for stuffing, I cut the wrapper off and the turkey was already pre-stuffed!
Pretty cool. So now i have about 2 pounds of dried bread laying around. Guess I'll have to get her to make stuffed pork chops sometime!
Hope everyone had a good one! J
