I finally got around to ordering them last Sat from Town Fair Tire (should be in tomorrow afternoon). They got really good reviews on Tire Rack and Consumer Reports convinced me to go with them. That one has maybe 50k on it. The tread on the originals still looks pretty good; no abnormal wear, no bald tread, but they are getting rather slippery in rain. While I haven't had them for more than 5 miles, it's a noticable difference from the OEM ones. The truck seems more sure-footed, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they do in the rain and snow. Pull into the left turn lane. When the light turns, slowly pull away. When you hit the apex, tap the accelerator. When the rear end swings around, give the guy the appropriate hand signal out the SIDE window, correct the rear end, and drive off. I promise he won't tailgate any more!
